The Epics are hour-long, full-tilt sessions and will push you to your limit. The Standards are shorter, vary in intensity and a mix of focus on strength and/or metabolic conditioning. FFTA also includes Specialty and Sports Specific workouts, Mobility and Flexibility recovery sessions and nervous system balancing training with Breathwork and Meditation.

Your guide to peak performance! Each week you will receive 1-2 workouts from the Ambitious Training Method, a training plan detailing exactly what workout to do and when. The Method is designed to ensure you are successively working through distinct muscle groups and accomplishing specific goals each workout.
